Visiontron Corp. has created a new corporate video that features everything from customer service and manufacturing to extreme product testing and engineering. This unusual video tells the story on how American manufacturing still exists while highlighting their capabilities, employees and products.
This is not your typical “inside the factory” video. Visiontron goes to great lengths to exhibit how tough their products are. They throw one of their RETRACTA-BELT® stanchions off the roof to show how durable the product is. There is one section where they add almost 300 pounds to one of their ropes to simulate a person sitting on them.
“Our posts will get knocked over; battle outside weather and receive abuse from people waiting in line. We know our tests are extreme, but if they can withstand our abuse, our customers will have no problems” stated Charles Hansen, Director of Manufacturing.
Visiontron manufactures and assembles each of their products at their NY warehouse. The video goes on to showcase the company’s in-house engineering and graphic teams. This allows for custom products with quick turnaround times.
“With this video, we wanted to “invite” people into our factory and really show that we create the majority of our products in-house. Our goal is to show people how we control and maintain our high quality standards, which translates into better products.” says Joe Torsiello, Vice President at Visiontron.
